Send Mailing to a Search:
This will allow you to conduct an MLS
property search. Select properties from the search results you want
to send. It will then search the mail manager for any contacts that
clicked on properties with the same criteria and send them an e-mail
listing your selected properties. You can also limit the mailing to
a specific email address.
Send Mailing for Selected MLS#s:
Enter one or multiple MLS numbers.
Conduct an MLS search and find contacts that clicked on properties
matching your search. It will then create and send a message listing
the propertied you specified. You can also limit the mailing to a
specific email address.
Enter the property's MLS# and do a search based on it's features.
The Mail Manager will then go and find all contacts interested in
that type of property and send them an email with information about
the new listing along with a link back to your website to see more
details.
Send a Search to a List:
Conduct an MLS search and select properties
from the results. Select a specific mailing list. A message will be
created listing those properties and send the message to all contact
on the list.
Send Specific MLS# properties to a
list:
Enter one or more MLS numbers and a mailing list.
The mail manager will then compose a message listing those properties
and send to everyone on the selected list.
All
mailing searches can be filtered by last click date
so you can identify the most recent and
relevant contacts.
Register with the website:
Offers visitors the option to register with the site.
Thereafter, all clicks they make on pages or properties gets added
to the mail manager to facilitate targeted mailings maintaining that
all important contact with you customers.
Automated price change messages:
When a property has a price change the mail manager will
automatically send an email alert to all contacts that previously
clicked on that property or click on properties with the same
characteristics.
Send automated

Will work in a similar way to the sending properties.

a visitor based on their search criteria. Message includes links to
each property that will bring the visitor back to your website and
display the property detailed page.
Sold Properties:
Display lists of properties sold that involved your agency. Date
range and property feature filters can be applied.
Detailed Search: Provide results to a visitor's search that includes
an image and paragraph about the property. Includes price, location,
city and the options to add the property to their list and view the
complete property details.
Quick Search: Provides results in a line listing format with a mouse
over image display and the options to add the property to their list
and view the complete property details.
Display Specific Properties: Display detailed search results for one
or more lists of selected MLS numbers. Examples of Use: Featured
Properties, New Listings, Value Alerts, Etc. Just provide the list
of MLS numbers.
Display by Property Types: In addition to the search options, you
can display Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, Condo/Townhouse
or Land/Lots listings.
Detailed Property Page: Includes all images, detailed description,
features, price, lot size, location, city, taxes, virtual tours if
available and map-it function.
Send This Page: Allows visitors to send search results or property
detailed pages to a friend. Includes a header identifying the Agency
and Agent along with contact information. Provides links to the
properties that will bring the visitor back your website and
display the property detailed page.
Print this Page: Allows visitors to print search results or property
detailed pages. Includes a header identifying the Agency and Agent
along with contact information.
Join Our Mailing List page
for your website. Includes the option to include document request.
Email notification when someone joins a list or requests a document.
Import Existing Mailing
Lists from outlook, top producer and any other program that can export to
a spreadsheet.
Automated Subscribe and un-Subscribe
